NEXTPLAY — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using NextPlay. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use NextPlay.

1. ABOUT NEXTPLAY
NextPlay is a sports statistical analysis and prediction application. NextPlay provides football match statistics, historical performance data, and algorithmically generated match predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only.
NextPlay is NOT a betting or gambling application. Nothing within the app constitutes betting advice, a recommendation to place a wager, or any form of inducement to gamble.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for a NextPlay account or tapping "I Agree" at sign-up, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify you via the app or by email. Your continued use of NextPlay after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old to use NextPlay. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate their account and delete any associated data without notice.

4. NOT A BETTING APPLICATION
NextPlay is a sports statistical analysis and prediction app. It is not a gambling or betting service.
— Predictions shown in the app are generated by automated statistical models and do not represent guarantees, tips, or advice on any match outcome.
— No information or prediction within NextPlay should be treated as a recommendation to place a bet.
— We do not hold any gambling or betting operator licence.
If you choose to use any information from NextPlay in connection with gambling, you do so entirely at your own risk. We encourage responsible gambling. If you need support, visit www.begambleaware.org

5. NO LIABILITY FOR LOSSES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on NextPlay, including but not limited to:
— Any financial loss, including losses from gambling or betting decisions informed by information within the app;
— Any loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity;
— Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind;
— Any loss resulting from inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data or predictions provided.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty, express or implied. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content within NextPlay.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

6. DATA ACCURACY AND THIRD-PARTY DATA
All football statistics, match data, fixtures, and related data displayed in NextPlay are sourced from third-party data providers. While we make every effort to present accurate information, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in this data.
You acknowledge that:
— All underlying data is collected and supplied by third-party providers over whom we have no direct control;
— We are not responsible for any errors or delays in third-party data;
— Statistical predictions may differ materially from actual match outcomes;
— Data may be corrected, amended, or removed at any time without notice.

7. YOUR ACCOUNT
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
NextPlay may offer premium features via a paid subscription or in-app purchase, processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
We do not store any payment information. All payments are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policy.

9. YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY
We collect and store your email address when you register. This is used to provide you with the NextPlay service and, with your consent, to send you marketing communications (see Section 10).
We process your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By creating a NextPlay account, you agree that we may contact you by email with updates, new features, and promotional content relating to NextPlay.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
You can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time by either:
— Emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe" from the email address linked to your account. We will confirm your removal within 10 business days; or
— Toggling off marketing preferences within the app under Settings → Notifications.
Unsubscribing from marketing will not affect essential account communications such as security alerts or changes to these Terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, algorithms, branding, and software within NextPlay are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of NextPlay.

12. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use NextPlay lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its underlying systems, introduce malicious code, or use the app in any way that could cause harm or disruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached this section.

13. AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep NextPlay available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

14. TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
